This is a simple recipe if you want to add a extra little snack to fill you up with your soup. These bread sticks are made with buckwheat, but don’t be confused by the name, buckwheat is in fact gluten free.
- One cup of buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup of potato starch
- 1/3 cup tapioca starch
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and cut in butter. Add yoghurt and stir until well combined. Let mix sit about 30 minutes in fridge if you have time.
Roll and shape into fingers. Using extra gluten free flour to prevent sticking. This is a wet mixture.
Bake in 400°C oven for about 10 minutes, on well greased pan.
